Deathcell:Magenta Comes To London

A brand-new, immersive horror escape experience is opening in Hackney Wick, London this February. Cinematic short film, live-action immersive theatre and time-pressured puzzle solving combine to create DEATHCELL: MAGENTA

DEATHCELL: MAGENTA is a terrifyingly-intense immersive horror escape experience - witness cinematic short film, solve seemingly impossible puzzles and make your escape – have you got what it takes?

You’re challenged to take on a 60-minute, live-action experience that’s not for the faint-hearted. It’s time to hit rewind, play through the past and piece together the future. R Space Productions, a fresh and innovative immersive production company, are thrilled to bring this incredibly-original production of DEATHCELL: MAGENTA to Hackney Wick for a limited run between 21st February to 1st March.

A character lurking by a brick wall

Following its award-winning stint in summer 2018, R Space Productions are excited to bring

to life a completely new incarnation of DEATHCELL - set to break immersive boundaries all whilst leaving you feeling unnerved, euphoric and a little breathless. If you love get-involved theatre, solving puzzles to escape rooms and the pure spine-chilling thrill of being chased out the exit, DEATHCELL: MAGENTA is for you.

Though, by this point you’re probably asking, what is DEATHCELL? Built on chaos and corruption, DEATHCELL is a heart-pounding prison of puzzles, punishment and paranoia. In this modern dystopia, inmates are treated as players in a political prison, fighting for survival whilst subjected to pained puzzles. But, DEATHCELL: MAGENTA is an adrenaline-fuelled origin story. It’s designed to take guests on a thrilling journey to witness the unsettling rise and corrupted creation of DEATHCELL itself. Prepare to unlock the truth behind the torture as you meet Magenta, a twisted-tinkerer of trials where survival is the only option. It’s time to hit REWIND, play through the past, and piece together the future.

Once you’ve got your tickets, you’ll be invited to REWIND RENTALS at Casings Way, Fish

Island, London, where you’ll get a nod to 80’s nostalgia and the late Blockbuster Video as you

enjoy an exclusive screening of a short film horror-flick, MAGENTA. But as the lines blur

between fiction and reality, the true test lies in making it to the credits in one piece... are you

ready to push play?
